The best is to clean it once a month. It is very easy just to open the cover and take out the filter to clean. Leave it dry and put it back. 2.Condensing UnitIt’s the part that located outside the room which facing with dust more than Fan Coil Unit. You can check the visible of dust by visible eyes. It should be taken to clean in order to improve the efficiency of ventilation. To do cleaning is very easy. Fist of all, you must take off the Breaker which controls Air Conditioner to “OFF” status. Then, you can clean with plain water at the condenser until it cleans. Leave it around 30 mins and turn on the Air Conditioner normally.
